Privacy Policy

From Customers (shop accounts):

• Email address, used for magic-link login.
• Shop details you provide: name, logo, accent color, phone, notification email, pricing configuration.
• Billing information, handled directly by Stripe — TorchQuote does not store card numbers.

From End Users (widget visitors):

• Name, phone number, and optionally email, submitted when requesting a quote.
• Project details: category, dimensions, material, finish, quantity, description.

We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, request logs) generated by using the Service, via our hosting provider.

• To compute and display quote estimates.
• To deliver leads to the shop a widget belongs to, by email and in the dashboard.
• To operate accounts, billing, and customer support.
• To send transactional email — new-lead notifications, billing receipts, login links. We don't send marketing email to End Users.
• To maintain and improve the Service's security and reliability.

We use a small set of subprocessors to run the Service, each only for the purpose of providing it:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — application hosting.

We don't sell personal data, and we don't share End User contact information with anyone other than the shop whose widget it was submitted through.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in to the dashboard and to carry your post-login destination through the magic-link flow. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Shop account and lead data is retained for as long as the account is active, plus a reasonable period after cancellation in case of reactivation, then deleted or anonymized. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing us. Shop owners can export or delete their own leads directly from the dashboard.

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
